Introduction:

Evermed Inc. is a fast growing software company in the digital-pharmaceutical sector, that aims to amplify the impact of medical education through technology and innovation. Being a highly learning-oriented organization, they recognized the critical need to streamline their onboarding process and ensure consistent training for new hires. With no existing training infrastructure in place, Evermed sought a comprehensive solution to onboard employees efficiently and effectively. That’s when we came into the picture!

The Need:

They had several meticulously developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as videos walking employees through different aspects of their company processes.
